What you will do
• Trail run starting at Wat Ban Pong at 09:00 MAP LINK Route overview: nice 8km run with about 400m of elevation, a good amount of which will be covered while climbing the stairs to the White Pagoda…
• Coffee and Hang at Teng’s MAP LINK
• 11:00 recovery block at Eudaemonia: sauna, steam, cold plunge, magnesium bath, plus food and drinks onsite MAP LINK

What is included

  • Group coordination and route briefing

  • Fellowship, and community building

  • CFC facilitation and optional breathwork (TBD)

FAQ blocks
Is this beginner friendly? Not really….If you are new to trail running, this may feel intense, and not the best option… however you can always come to the Sauna at 1100, and meet us there.

Do I have to do the sauna or cold plunge?

No. You can come for the run and coffee only.

Do I have to drink coffee?

No. You can come for the run only.

Is breathwork mandatory?

No. Totally Optional!

Safety
Heat and cold exposure are not for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or have a medical concern, skip sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork.

Remember, you are in charge of your health, and empowered to make decisions for yourself.
