Mindful Trail

Are you in the Chiang Mai area and interested in meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and trail hiking/ jogging?

This event is perfect for you!

No prior meditation or breathwork experience is required.

At the start we will do a short session of breath, and meditation, and then hike/ jog.

For the hike/ jog, I recommend bringing trail shoes, water, a snack, a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray.

At the end we can sit at the coffee shop, and enjoy felllowship, stories and community.

If you prefer to join only for the breath/ meditation, just let us know at the start.

The route is around 8K with some hills and loose rocks. We will wait at all turns and ensure no one is left behind, but remember, this is not a guided tour, and you are ultimately responsible for your own safety. Plan accordingly.
