Meet the Team
Siripon T. Norris
Managing Director | Chiang Mai Operations
Siripon Norris is the Managing Director at Cognitive Fitness Coach, where she leads day-to-day operations, partnerships, and the local client experience in Northern Thailand.
Originally from Chiang Rai and raised in a simple, hardworking rice-farming family, Siripon learned early the value of consistency, humility, and doing what needs to be done; traits she now brings into the way the business serves clients and the community.
After living in the United States and Japan, she returned to Thailand to raise her family and help build Cognitive Fitness Coach alongside her husband, the company’s General Manager and Lead Facilitator.
Siripon is passionate about creating a welcoming, well-run environment where people can show up, practice, and make steady progress; without pressure, hype, or confusion.
