We’ll meet at Living a Dream Cafe at CMU Lake, take a short walk together to a quiet spot, and do a short guided meditation that anyone can follow, even if you have never meditated before.
After that, we’ll move into an easy jog at a conversational effort, then finish with a short breathwork practice to help you feel clear, calm, and energized.
This is not a race. All paces are welcome. Walkers are welcome.

Afterward, we’ll head back to the cafe for coffee and fellowship.
