Mindful Jog

  • The Crossings Albany Shaker Road Loudonville, New York United States (map)

A Mindful Jog is not a race or a workout.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, move intentionally, and give your nervous system a chance to reset while enjoying the outdoors with good people.

We’ll begin by gathering at the pavilion for a brief introduction, followed by a guided grounding breath practice and a short seated and standing meditation to settle the mind and prepare the body.

From there, we’ll head out for a very easy-paced walk/jog around the park. The pace is conversational, and participants are welcome to walk, jog, or alternate between the two. The goal isn’t speed—it’s presence.

After the loop, we’ll regroup for a light stretch, conversation, and a relaxed finish before everyone heads into the rest of their Sunday.
