Mindful Hike

a morning reset in the forest

We meet at Extraction in Nong Kwai at 07:00, start with a short breath and We meet in dirt lot in front of lower temple at 07:30, begin with a short hike up the stairs to the White Temple on top.

Here we will do a grounding practice to calm the nervous system, then head into the trees for a relaxed hike designed for clarity, recovery, and connection.

This is not a particularly hard trek and it is not a race. However some level of fitness maybe required to hike 8km with a few hundred meters of elevation change.

It will be a supportive pace with pauses to regroup, breathe, and take in the environment.

After the hike, we transit to a cafe for food and drinks. This is part of the experience. Connection is recovery, and sharing a meal or coffee after movement builds real community in Chiang Mai for locals, expats, parents, professionals, and anyone who wants healthier routines.

Expect an easy to moderate route depending on weather and trail conditions. You can slow down, walk, or stop at any time. If you are returning from injury, rebuilding fitness, or simply want a calmer weekend activity, you will fit in.

Bring comfortable shoes with grip, water, and sun protection. Trekking poles are optional. Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Parking is available.
