Start your Sunday by slowing down.
Join us for a relaxed morning of breathwork, mindfulness, and easy movement through one of Chiang Mai's most peaceful green spaces.
We'll begin with a guided grounding breath practice, followed by a short seated and standing meditation before heading out for a very easy-paced mindful walk/jog around the CMU campus. Along the way, we'll focus less on pace and more on awareness, breathing, and simply enjoying movement together.
We'll finish with light stretching and time to connect over coffee at Living A Dream.
Whether you're an experienced runner, just getting started, or simply looking for a healthier way to begin your weekend, you're welcome.
