Join me at the Boathouse Stairs in Washington Park, Albany for a guided outdoor breathwork and meditation session.

This 15-minute practice will help you reset your nervous system, increase focus, and find calm in the middle of a busy week.

Led by Chris Norris, Cognitive Fitness Coach, you’ll learn simple, science-backed tools you can carry into everyday life.
