Mastering Habits is a 6-week, behavior-science-based reset that helps you build one habit that actually fits your real life, and dismantle one that no longer serves you, with structure, community support, and two live meetings.

What you will do:

You’ll choose one habit to build, and one habit to dismantle. Not overhaul your whole life.

In this course, you will:

  • Choose one small habit you can realistically repeat

  • Identify the trigger → pattern → payoff that’s been running you

  • Dismantle one habit and Design a replacement behavior that’s easier to follow through on

  • Build an environment + accountability system that makes consistency more automatic

  • Learn how to handle slip-ups without the “screw it” spiral

This isn’t hype.

It’s structured behavior change; done calmly, consistently, and with support.

How the 6 Weeks Work:

  • Daily lessons delivered in short, practical steps (asynchronous), daily drip (no more than 15 minutes per day)

  • Community thread for accountability, check-ins, and support

  • 2 live meetings (kickoff + commencement) to lock in your plan and integration

  • Interactive platform so you can track progress and stay engaged

If you miss a day, you don’t “fall behind.”

You restart the next day.
